Ingredients

1 jar dill pickle chips (about 16 oz), drained and patted dry

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for spice)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and panko mixed with garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a third.

Coat each pickle chip in flour, then dip in egg, then coat with seasoned panko.

Arrange breaded pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray.

Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Serve hot with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
