Air Fryer Fried Pickles – Crispy, Golden, and Irresistible

Ingredients

  • 1 jar dill pickle chips (about 16 oz), drained and patted dry

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for spice)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  • Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and panko mixed with garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a third.

  • Coat each pickle chip in flour, then dip in egg, then coat with seasoned panko.

  • Arrange breaded pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray.

  • Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

 

  • Serve hot with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
