1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tbsp vegetable oil (plus more as needed)

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tbsp teriyaki sauce (optional)

1 tsp sesame oil

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

2 cups cooked fried rice (for serving)

Yum Yum sauce (for serving)

Sliced green onions & sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat your Blackstone griddle (or large skillet) to medium-high heat.

Drizzle vegetable oil over the cooking surface. Add chicken pieces and spread out evenly.

Season with soy sauce, pepper, and sesame oil. Cook 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is browned.

Add garlic, butter, and teriyaki sauce (if using). Toss to coat and cook until chicken is fully cooked and juicy.

Remove from heat and serve over fried rice.

Drizzle with Yum Yum sauce, sprinkle with green onions & sesame seeds, and enjoy restaurant-style hibachi at home!
