Buffalo Chicken Sliders – The Ultimate Spicy, Cheesy Party Favorite

Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls work great)

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp parsley flakes


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Slice slider buns in half horizontally (keeping each half connected).

  • Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.

  • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.

  • Spread chicken mixture evenly over buns, then sprinkle with cheese.

  • Drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing over the top.

  • Place the top half of buns on. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parsley.

  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes until golden.

 

  • Serve warm and enjoy that spicy, cheesy goodness!
