Buffalo Chicken Wraps Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)

  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)


Instructions

  • In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce until well coated.

  • Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible.

  • Layer each tortilla with lettuce, buffalo chicken, cheese, tomatoes, and onion.

  • Drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing over the filling.

  • Roll up tightly into wraps and slice in half.

 

  • Serve immediately with extra buffalo sauce or ranch on the side!
