Cheesy Blackstone Chicken Wraps – The Ultimate Griddle Favorite

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or preferred sauce)

  • Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, jalapeños


Instructions

  • Preheat Blackstone griddle (or large skillet) over medium-high heat.

  • Toss chicken strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Cook chicken on the griddle for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.

  • Warm tortillas on the griddle for about 30 seconds per side.

  • Place chicken on each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and let the cheese melt slightly on the hot surface.

  • Drizzle with ranch dressing and add any desired toppings.

 

  • Roll up wraps tightly, slice in half if desired, and serve hot.
