1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1/2 cup ranch dressing (or preferred sauce)

Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, jalapeños
Instructions

Preheat Blackstone griddle (or large skillet) over medium-high heat.

Toss chicken strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook chicken on the griddle for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.

Warm tortillas on the griddle for about 30 seconds per side.

Place chicken on each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and let the cheese melt slightly on the hot surface.

Drizzle with ranch dressing and add any desired toppings.

Roll up wraps tightly, slice in half if desired, and serve hot.
