Ingredients
-
4 chicken breast fillets
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
1/2 cup chicken broth
-
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
1 tbsp butter
-
Salt & pepper, to taste
-
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
-
Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
-
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
-
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
-
Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
-
Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce. Simmer for 2–3 more minutes to absorb flavor.
-
Garnish with parsley and serve hot over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.
