Chicken Fillet in Spicy, Creamy Garlic-Parmesan Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillets

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

  • Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.

  • Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce. Simmer for 2–3 more minutes to absorb flavor.

 

  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.
