12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)

1 lb chicken breast, cubed

6 slices bacon, chopped

2 cups heavy cream

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, cook chicken in olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

Add cream, cheddar, Parmesan, and ranch mix to the skillet. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Add back the bacon and cooked pasta. Toss to coat everything well.

Simmer 2–3 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
