  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets (lightly steamed)

  • 1 cup cauliflower florets (lightly steamed)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  • Stir in chicken, broccoli, and cauliflower until well coated.

  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.

  • Sprinkle cheddar and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly with a golden top.
