Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

  • ½ cup honey

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • ¼ cup ketchup

  • 23 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Place chicken in the slow cooker.

  • In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, oregano, salt & pepper.

  • Pour sauce over the chicken.

  • Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until tender.

 

  • Optional: Shred chicken and return to sauce before serving.
