4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

½ cup honey

¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup ketchup

2–3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Place chicken in the slow cooker.

In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, oregano, salt & pepper.

Pour sauce over the chicken.

Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until tender.

Optional: Shred chicken and return to sauce before serving.
