2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine), cooked & drained

2 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).

Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing to a gentle simmer.

Add Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until sauce is smooth and creamy.

Add cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet, tossing until well coated.

Let simmer for 2–3 minutes to heat through.

Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
