2 large chicken breasts, halved horizontally

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute.

Add chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through.

Sprinkle Parmesan over the chicken and cook 1–2 more minutes until melted and crispy.

Garnish with parsley and serve!
