Grilled Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers: The Ultimate Backyard Favorite

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, cubed

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Wooden or metal skewers


Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, Parmesan, salt & pepper.

  • Toss chicken cubes in the mixture until fully coated.

  • Thread chicken onto skewers.

  • Grill for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and golden.

 

  • Sprinkle with extra Parmesan before serving if desired.
