Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 pound ground turkey

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 medium zucchinis, diced

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.

  3. Stir in onion and garlic, and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.

  4. Add zucchini, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until zucchini is tender.

  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if using, and garnish with parsley.

  6. Serve hot as-is, or with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
