Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup celery, diced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

1–2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, mash avocados until creamy.

Stir in lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken, red onion, celery, and cilantro to the bowl.

Mix until well combined. If desired, stir in Greek yogurt for extra creaminess.

Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
