Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup honey
-
3 tbsp soy sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or rice vinegar)

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F / 74°C). Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.

Return chicken to skillet, coating well in sauce.

Cook for 2–3 more minutes until glazed and sticky.

Serve with rice or steamed veggies.
