Ingredients

3 cups cooked shredded chicken

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon bits

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt & pepper to taste

1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed (for topping)

4 tbsp melted butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and bacon.

Spread mixture in a greased 9×13” baking dish.

In a separate bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter, then sprinkle over casserole.

Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
