  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed (for topping)

  • 4 tbsp melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Stir in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and bacon.

  4. Spread mixture in a greased 9×13” baking dish.

  5. In a separate bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter, then sprinkle over casserole.

  6. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
