Million Dollar Chicken Rice-A-Roni Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes (6.9 oz each) Chicken Rice-A-Roni, prepared according to package directions

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

  • 4 tbsp melted butter


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a large bowl, mix prepared Rice-A-Roni, chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, bacon, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • In a small bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle evenly over casserole.

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.

 

  • Serve warm and enjoy the rich, creamy, and cheesy goodness!
