Ingredients

2 boxes (6.9 oz each) Chicken Rice-A-Roni, prepared according to package directions

3 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup sour cream

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon bits

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

4 tbsp melted butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix prepared Rice-A-Roni, chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, bacon, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle evenly over casserole.

Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
