2 cups old-fashioned oats

1 1/2 cups milk (dairy or almond)

1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

2 apples, peeled and diced

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.

In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, maple syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla.

Stir in oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, apples, nuts, and raisins.

Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, until set and golden on top.
