  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Toasted baguette slices or crackers (for serving)


Instructions

  • Arrange sliced peaches on a serving plate.

  • Place the burrata in the center.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.

  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and torn basil leaves.

 

  • Serve immediately with crusty bread or crackers.
