1 block (8 oz) cream cheese (full-fat, chilled)

1–2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

2–3 tsp BBQ rub (or your favorite seasoning blend)

Optional toppings: hot honey, green onions, crumbled bacon, jalapeños
Instructions

Preheat smoker to 225°F (107°C).

Score the cream cheese in a crisscross pattern on top.

Brush with olive oil and generously coat all sides with seasoning.

Place on foil or a small cast-iron skillet.

Smoke for 2 hours, until soft, golden, and infused with flavor.

Serve warm with crackers, chips, or veggies.
