  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese (full-fat, chilled)

  • 12 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

  • 23 tsp BBQ rub (or your favorite seasoning blend)

  • Optional toppings: hot honey, green onions, crumbled bacon, jalapeños


Instructions

  • Preheat smoker to 225°F (107°C).

  • Score the cream cheese in a crisscross pattern on top.

  • Brush with olive oil and generously coat all sides with seasoning.

  • Place on foil or a small cast-iron skillet.

  • Smoke for 2 hours, until soft, golden, and infused with flavor.

 

  • Serve warm with crackers, chips, or veggies.
