Pineapple Cucumber Salad – A Refreshing and Healthy Recipe for Every Occasion

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks

  • 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for extra sweetness)

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro or mint leaves, chopped

  • Salt & pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine pineapple chunks, cucumber slices, and red onion.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey.

  • Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.

  • Season with salt & pepper to taste.

  • Sprinkle with fresh cilantro or mint.

 

  • Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
