Sheet Pan Garlic Butter Steak & Veggies: A Simple, Flavor-Packed Dinner You’ll Crave Again and Again

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into strips

  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1 cup carrots, sliced

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Prepare garlic butter: Mix melted butter with garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Toss veggies in half the garlic butter and spread on a sheet pan. Roast for 15–20 minutes.

  • Add steak: Toss steak strips in remaining garlic butter. Add to pan and roast 8–10 more minutes until done.

 

  • Serve hot, topped with chopped parsley if desired.
