Ingredients

1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced

2 cups cooked white rice

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 green bell pepper, diced

2 celery stalks, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 tsp paprika
-
1/2 tsp thyme
-
Salt & pepper, to taste

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add sausage slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic until softened.

Stir in shrimp and cook until pink, about 3–4 minutes.

Return sausage to the pan. Add cooked rice, Cajun seasoning, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Stir everything together until well combined and heated through.

Garnish with green onions and parsley.
