1 lb ground beef

Salt & pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced onions (optional)

Burger sauce (optional: mayo, ketchup, mustard mix)

Pickles (optional)
Instructions

Heat a skillet, divide beef into 4 balls. Smash flat into patties, season with salt, pepper & garlic powder.

Cook patties 2–3 mins per side until browned.

Remove beef. Wipe skillet. Place tortilla in, sprinkle cheese, add burger, more cheese, and optional toppings.

Fold tortilla over, press gently. Cook until golden and cheese is melted.

Slice & dip in sauce. Enjoy!
