Ingredients

3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

12 oz spaghetti, cooked & drained

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)

1/2 cup diced green bell pepper

1/2 cup diced onion

1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Stir in cooked spaghetti, chicken, bell pepper, onion, Rotel tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.

Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.

Sprinkle extra cheddar cheese over the top.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
