Sweet and Spicy Crispy Salmon Recipe – The Perfect Balance of Flavor

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (skin-on)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)


Instructions

  • Pat salmon dry with paper towels, then season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes until skin is crispy. Flip and cook 2–3 minutes more.

  • In a small bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, and sriracha.

  • Pour sauce over salmon in the last minute of cooking, letting it caramelize slightly.

  • Remove from heat, drizzle with remaining sauce, and serve with lemon wedges.
