4 salmon fillets (skin-on)

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions

Pat salmon dry with paper towels, then season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes until skin is crispy. Flip and cook 2–3 minutes more.

In a small bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, and sriracha.

Pour sauce over salmon in the last minute of cooking, letting it caramelize slightly.

Remove from heat, drizzle with remaining sauce, and serve with lemon wedges.
