1 lb ground turkey

1 tbsp oil (olive or sesame)

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp honey or brown sugar

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)

1/2 tsp ground ginger

Cooked rice (for serving)

Steamed broccoli or mixed veggies

Optional: sesame seeds & green onions for topping
Instructions

Cook turkey: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and turkey. Cook until browned and fully cooked.

Make sauce: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger, and slurry (cornstarch + water).

Combine: Pour sauce over turkey. Simmer 2–3 minutes until thickened.

Assemble bowl: Add rice, top with teriyaki turkey and veggies.

Garnish: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
