White Cheddar and Spinach Chicken Burgers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Olive oil, for cooking

  • Burger buns, for serving

  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onion, mayo, mustard


Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, chopped spinach, white cheddar, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until just combined.

  • Form mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

  • Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp: 165°F / 74°C).

  • Toast burger buns if desired.

  • Assemble burgers with your favorite toppings.

 

  • Serve hot and enjoy that juicy, cheesy goodness!
