1 lb ground chicken

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & pepper, to taste

Olive oil, for cooking

Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onion, mayo, mustard
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, chopped spinach, white cheddar, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until just combined.

Form mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp: 165°F / 74°C).

Toast burger buns if desired.

Assemble burgers with your favorite toppings.
