Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sausage Italian or bratwurst
  • 2 cups bell peppers mixed colors
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 zucchinis sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sausage, breaking it apart with a spatula as it browns.
