- Marinate the chicken in yogurt and spices for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger and garlic; cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the marinated chicken, cooking until no longer pink.
- Add crushed tomatoes, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, and chili powder; simmer for 15 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and reduce heat. Cook for another 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and garnish with cilantro before serving.
