Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken breast diced
  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken to the pot and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add penne pasta and reduce heat to a simmer.
