Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix 1 oz
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the chicken broth.
  6. Mix in the ranch dressing mix and sour cream, stirring until well combined.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the breasts, and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
  8. Serve immediately, drizzling extra sauce over the chicken as desired.
