Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cocktail sausages
  • 1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Dijon mustard for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent roll dough on a clean, flat surface.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder and dried parsley onto the dough.
  4. Cut the dough into smaller triangles.
  5. Place a cocktail sausage on the base of each triangle and roll it up.
  6. Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush beaten egg over the tops of the sausages.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
