Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the crescent roll dough on a clean, flat surface.
Sprinkle garlic powder and dried parsley onto the dough.
Cut the dough into smaller triangles.
Place a cocktail sausage on the base of each triangle and roll it up.
Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush beaten egg over the tops of the sausages.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
