Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 carrot thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1- inch piece ginger grated
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Introduce the broccoli and carrots, stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add the bell pepper and snap peas, cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and mix well, allowing 1-2 minutes to simmer.
  6. Finish with green onions and sesame oil, stir for 1 more minute.
  7. Serve immediately, optionally with rice or noodles.
