Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons sweetener honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, combine cocoa powder, protein powder, sweetener, and salt.
  3. Add vanilla extract and a small amount of whipped cream to the dry mixture.
  4. Fold in the remaining whipped cream gradually.
  5. Taste the mixture for sweetness and adjust if necessary.
