- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in cooked crab meat, green onions, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and hot sauce to the cream cheese mixture.
- Carefully spoon the mixture into mini phyllo pastry cups.
- Bake the filled cups for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and allow cooling for about 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
