Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables carrots, peas, bell peppers
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons Bang Bang sauce
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the rice
