Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the pears by halving them and removing the cores.
- Brush the cut sides of the pears with lemon juice.
- Place the pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the pears.
- Evenly distribute the chopped walnuts and berries over the pears.
- Drizzle honey generously over all the ingredients.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle crumbled blue cheese on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
