Delicious Cheesesteak Tortellini in Creamy Provolone Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 lb ribeye steak thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup provolone cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

  1. Boil the tortellini in salted water until al dente.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the onions and peppers to the skillet, cooking until softened.
  4. Introduce the sliced ribeye and garlic, cooking until the meat is browned.
  5. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce, followed by the heavy cream.
  6. Mix in the provolone cheese until completely melted.
  7. Combine the cooked tortellini with the sauce, using reserved pasta water if needed.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
