In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Slice the chicken and add it back to the skillet along with the cooked pasta.
Season with additional salt and pepper as needed, garnish with parsley, and serve.
