- Prepare the chicken.
- Coat the chicken in cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Fry the chicken until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Prepare the orange sauce in the same skillet.
- Combine the remaining sauce ingredients.
- Thicken the sauce if desired.
- Add the chicken back into the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
