  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prep all your ingredients before starting.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the shrimp to the pan in a single layer.
  4. Cook shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. In the same pan, add garlic and mixed vegetables; stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Pour in the honey and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
  7. Return the shrimp to the pan, tossing everything together.
  8. Drizzle sesame oil over the stir fry and season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
