In the same pan, add garlic and mixed vegetables; stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
Pour in the honey and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
Return the shrimp to the pan, tossing everything together.
Drizzle sesame oil over the stir fry and season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
