- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until translucent.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, heavy cream, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
