Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the shredded chicken, heavy cream, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
