Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft.
Remove from oven and let cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
