Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 head of butter lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the marinated chicken in the skillet, stirring frequently.
  5. Add shredded carrots and chopped green onions to the skillet.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in sesame seeds.
  7. Prep the lettuce leaves and assemble the wraps.
