  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rinse the pumpkin seeds under cold water.
  3. Pat the seeds dry with a paper towel.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin seeds, olive oil, cinnamon, sugar, and salt.
  5. Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
