Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 medium carrots diced
  • 2 celery stalks diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large pot, heat a drizzle of oil over medium heat, then add the Italian sausage.
  2. Add diced onion, carrots, and celery to the pot, stirring to combine.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
