  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce

Method
 

  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  4. Add in the bananas, marshmallows, crushed pineapple, and nuts.
  5. Drizzle the chocolate sauce into the mixture and fold gently to create swirls.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Before serving, top with additional chocolate sauce and chopped nuts if desired.
