Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Place chicken breasts and zucchini slices in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly over the chicken and zucchini. Toss zucchini lightly to coat.
  4. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top, then bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
