Add minced garlic to the beef and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Stir in cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
Roll out the biscuit dough and cut each piece into quarters.
Spoon a generous amount of the beef and cheese mixture onto each dough piece.
Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal.
Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
