Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs for All Occasions

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs feature juicy beef and melty cheese wrapped in a flaky crust, making them ideal for game day or any casual gathering.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic to the beef and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Roll out the biscuit dough and cut each piece into quarters.
  6. Spoon a generous amount of the beef and cheese mixture onto each dough piece.
  7. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal.
  8. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
